Concept/

This painting is not only representing the deepest and the most original desire, the sexual desire, but also reflecting personal unique histories and life experiences. The graphical fragments as the representation of male and female characters are merging into a bigger one and splitting up into two simultaneously.

 

Opening the door to reconnection with who I am while drawing. A real self-respect only comes from being true to my inner calling. How am I to know which aspect of a person counts as my true self?  It seems that I am faced with a difficult philosophical question while I am drawing.
